Constant Crashing on PC

I've been constantly crashing on PC since the small patch after the 7th anniversary event. At first I could get into game and play for a few minutes but now I can't even do things like queue for a match or use the bloodweb. I've tried uninstalling DbD through steam and via Control Panel but I keep getting the error seen in the image below. Anyone have ideas to fix this? Thanks in advance!
