Using Plot Twist while holding the box makes it respawn elsewhere on the map, as if the person had solved it. This can be abused to avoid giving Pinhead the summon or by combining with perks like Dead Hard in order to get the killer to chase for as long as possible before using Plot Twist right before getting hit. This makes the game extremely unfair for the killer and I hope it's not intended behavior.
