    If I remember correctly, it was from a Halloween event which means it will probably be available the next time the Halloween event comes around -- either unlockable via gameplay or paid in the store.

    Event cosmetics are no longer exclusive. They tend to come back around next year for those who missed them. At least that was the case with Hallowed Blight cosmetics, anniversary crowns, etc.
