Does killing DC bots (or them escaping) affects MMR the same as human players?

I've asked this around and until now nobody's been really sure (although most said "they shouldn't").

Since the addition of DC bots I've seen a slight rise in DC (also a decent rise in Killers that slug the last 2 since they know now someone can't DC to give Hatch instead of waiting 4 minutes) and I've been wondering if the Killer's MMR is affected by the Bots's fate. Do they count as a Hatch escape (no gain or loss) or will it affect Killers's MMR going forward?
