Has Iron Will been nerfed again?

I've been using this perk on and off, since the death of DH I've never used a single exhaustion perk anymore, but since the latest chapter release the same survivors I've been using with IW on them now sound louder than before.

HAs BVR nerfed it again or done something to survivor audio on a whole whilst wounded?

    In the past, survivor grunts of pain were loud for the survivor, but not for the killer. This made survivors think it was not working.

    Not sure if this is the case here, but it's something to consider.

    IW hasn't been touched. It's possible they did something with survivor audio in general, but I haven't personally noticed anything different. I used IW earlier as Claudette and it seemed normal to me.

    Which survivors were you using, out of curiosity?
