Jolt causes survivors on gens to scream

Jolt now causes survivors on gens that explode to scream - this didn't used to happen and the perk description hasn't changed to include this. Either Jolt is bugged and shouldn't be causing survivors to scream or the description for the perk should be updated.

Steps to recreate:

1. Play as any killer and equip Jolt

2. Down survivor near other survivors working on gens, the other survivors will scream when their gen explodes.
