BUG: Can't pickup survivors on closed hatch

i was playing a game as spirit and it came down to the last survivor and i had played hatch at shack offering so i closed the hatch. half way through the end game i find Jane Romero and she stands on the hatch presumably to open it with a key when i downed her on top of the hatch i wanted to mori her with rancor in a more open area so i wanted to pick her up and move her but it wouldn't let me pick her up however i was able to just mori her outright.
