Nemesis is very slow
Nemesis is very slow, his power in addition to taking time to return to the pursuit situation, makes it even slower in a chase, it is too uneven, the survivors are making three generators, at a chase speed, it is too ridiculous. The game is highly in favor of survivors.

Nemesis addons could be improved, making him stronger, three zombies on the map would be good and fairer and the second one for him to return after using the power, must be reduced.

No more zombies... They are just environmental effects. If nemesis gets a buff, it needs to be Skill based. Nemesis, Pinhead, Dredge, etc. should not prosper because the environment does the work for them.

There can only be 2 at a time

Technical limitations? What, our CPUs aren't potent enough to calculate the bugged pathfinding of one more zombie getting stuck in the map? Not enough RAM in current high PCs for adding a couple of position and direction variables more? Would our GPUs melt for having to add another zombie model instance to the pipeline?
In other words: Whoever said that, was lying.

The game really isn't survivor-sided. There are a few maps that are still easily abusable (Myers house on Haddonfield is an infinite if the survivors run it well) but overall they've done a good job with balancing over the past few years.
There are still issues to be dealt with but saying the game favors one side is just a skill issue, at this point.
