Bug: renewal and injured noises when cleansing!

Hi Dbd Team.I recently noticed that if I have my renewal up and start cleansing a totem while injured(after being unhooked obvsly.),the noises that the character makes when injured persist until the totem is cleansed even when you heal right after the cleansing started.this bug appears 100% of the time when healing with renewal while breaking a totem and lasts til it's fully cleansed not until your are healed.^^ (Plattform:PC/epic games)
