PC

  • Character played - Nicolas Cage
  • Perks played - Plot Twist, Power Struggle, Flip-Flop, Unbreakable
  • Map - the forest with stone henge, tall killer shack and central building with generator on top.
  • Frequency of the issue - Replicatable

Step 1: Activate Plot Twist

Step 2: Start recovering, but get pickedup by killer

Step 3: Get unhooked

After using Plot Twist with two generators left in the forest I had the effect of no pools of blood and no grunts of pain for the remainder of the game.

I had gone down with Plot Twist once and been hooked without getting myself up. After being hooked I went down again and did get myself back up.

Following this I did got injured again and noticed I still had the effects of Plot Twist while in injury one (not on the floor).

It was like having No Mither, without the downside of being broken.

My other perks are Flip-Flop, Power Struggle, Unbreakable.

I have footage of this, but it is ~1GB. Trying to replicate it following the above steps.

Felt very unfair on the killer and so gave them a free kill on me :)

Edit: replicated

If you put yourself into Plot Twist and the killer picks you up and hooks you, the effects are still active if you get unhooked and even to the point of taking damage again.

If you use Plot Twist again and someone else finishes your healing by getting you off the floor then the pools of blood and grunts of pain come back.

If you heal yourself using Plot Twist by recovering the effects remain.
