Nic Cage's Necklace is missing from Prestige and Teal Jacket Cosmetics

I'd assume this is just a bug that he does not have his necklace on his alt cosmetics such as Teal Jacket which comes with the Character Pack, and the Prestige Jacket. I checked the Steam store page and for the Teal Jacket he does seem to have the necklace equipped.
Edit: I forgot to mention I meant ''missing'' as in they're missing from the icons, In game they're fine!
