Wraith Visual Bug

On PC, when you spawn into a match as wraith, there's this bug that happens that looks like the screen is kind of shaking. This happens every game. When you uncloak and cloak again it does go away, however, it still is there when you initially spawn in and until you uncloak and cloak again. I'm also adding a video of the bug because it is a bit difficult to explain.
