PC - Plot Twist can not be triggered if you pick yourself up with Unbreakable

Was playing as Ms. Mason on PC on the carnival Crotus Prenn vs. a Nurse. Build was Plot Twist/Soul Guard/Tenacity/Unbreakable.
I got slugged, so I picked myself up with Unbreakable. I had not previously used Plot Twist in this match. However, upon standing up with Unbreakable, I was unable to use Plot Twist while crouching and holding still, and the Plot Twist icon was no longer lit up.
I am able to consistently reproduce this issue when using this build.
