PS4 - Clown Picking Up Speed is Incredibly Fast

Step 1: Boot up game.
Step 2: Load into a Killer match as the clown in DbD.
Step 3: Down a survivor
Step 4: Pick them up very quickly, as though I had five stacks of Fire Up.
Additional Information:
Character Played: Clown
Perks Played: Dead Lock, No Way Out, Dissolution, and Brutal Strength.
Offering Played: Annotated Blueprint
