my resolution is broken

so im not entirely sure if this is a bug but i somehow messed up my resolution on pc and it wont go back to normal, i pressed f11 accidentally and when i pressed it again to go back to fullscreen the resolution was tiny, i have tried changine the resolution in the ini file, messing with all the ingame settings and i did get it back to normal 1920x1080 resolution in fullscreen, but the game thought it was windowed so all the buttons appeared slightly off place from where they actually are.
