Soft-lock appears after loading into match when BW is going next lvl and the match was found

Every time when I update my blood-web next level and if match founded in this moment, I see endless loading in lobby.
STR:
1)Update blood-web to the next level simultaneously whit the match founded and red text was appeared
2) wait when loading screen is ended
3) pay attention to the lobby
Actual result:
Soft-lock appears and no one buttons is not help
Expected result:
Lobby loads without errors
Platform: PS4 pro
buld: 7.1.2
Notes:
1)I can reproduce only on PS4, i can not try on PC or XBOX version
