i understand these are licensed cosmetics and Konami might not want it unlinked but we need it. There is not reason at all those rare cosmetics should be linked. Cheryl NEEDS pants and I think everyone would buy her outfits much more if you unlinked those two moving on sets.

Not the first time it's been requested, but like always, it is completely out of both the players & dev's hands, as bhvr must respect and obey the wishes of every license holder they have a partnership with.
As disappointing as that is, it's the reality of things and there's frankly no way around it unless Konami changes their minds by some non-existing miracle.
