Bug when running Unbreakable with Plot Twist

Queued into a match against Sadako
Jeff with Level 3 Plot Twist, Distortion, Unbreakable, Tenacity, and a BBQ Invitation
Got downed by the killer
Once I started recovering, I appeared to be silent
Fully recovering from ground I stood up and all my perks became inactive and I did not heal
Later in the match, I was downed again, and Unbreakable was activated and I could pick myself up again
From what I can tell, it appears that the game mistakenly deactivated Plot Twist instead of Unbreakable, deactivating Plot Twist but not giving the benefit of the perk, and then allowing me to use Unbreakable a second time.
