Feral Frenzy interactions with Endurance

Currently, the fifth hit in feral frenzy will immediately put the survivor into the dying state and end the power. However, if the survivor has endurance for this last hit, then the survivor is put into deep wound (same as any other feral slash) and the feral frenzy immediately ends, denying any value from the fifth hit.
I think that this interaction with endurance should be changed for sake of consistency such that the feral frenzy continues until either the power runs out, you hit a survivor in deep wound, or you get a down. This is as opposed to the current hard-limit of 5 successful feral slashes.

this has been a thing since the rework , i assume they didnt test those interactions with DH itself when they were working on the legion rework back them.
basically if someone that isnt suffering from Deep wound use DH against the last insta-down slash , they completly ignore the insta-down and not only that they gain a speed boost while also cancelling the power of the legion.
weird to happen , but is just sad when it does..ngl 😂
*works so hard to get the 5 insta-down slash*
5 seconds later:
*gets the hit BUT somehow the insta-down gets denied by DH due to how endurance is coded*
*dies on cooldown and entirely loses his power as well*

I mean sure that is a weird interaction, but how often does this happen? When you get the 4th hit don't you just hit that person again? And since they are already in deep wound they cannot have endurance, so in theory I see it as problematic, but in practise that should basically never happen.
