Slugged bots don't recover

Instead of recovering, downed bots just slowly crawl toward the nearest survivor. This is not only completely pointless, it gives away the location of the nearest survivor to the killer!
I had one game where we lost because of a bot, I was the only one still up and I was waiting for the killer to move away to hep a teammate, however the dumb bot just kept crawling toward me, which the killer noticed.
