Plot Twist doesn't re-activate if you're healed by Adrenaline.
Platform: PC
Description: Plot Twist doesn't re-activate like it says it does when the Exit Gates are powered if you're healed by Adrenaline, either from Dying to Injured or Injured to Healthy. You must be healed by the perk- being Healthy when the gates are powered still re-activates Plot Twist as normal.
Steps to Reproduce: Equip Adrenaline and Plot Twist. Use Plot Twist completely, so that it deactivates. Power the exit gates while injured, so that Adrenaline heals you. Attempt to use Plot Twist when next injured by crouching and pressing the Active Ability 2 button. The perk will be greyed out and you will be unable to use any of the effects.
How often does this occur: Every match.

I mean... that's kind of okay, I think. I'm in favor of, you know, not giving survivors 3 free health states in endgame, when the game is already (more or less) won or lost.

This isn't about balance girl it's about a bug (and take it up with Adrenaline, it's far stronger than Plot Twist ever will be)
