A lot of stuff is in French for me on this forum

As the title says, a good chunk of stuff on this forum went from English to French for me but I didn't make any changes.
The up votes and quotes is in French, the post buttons are, and when I enter to edit my profile, all French. Everything else is English. How do I fix this 😭

scroll down and switch the language right at the bottom of the page.
