Is it purely not moving? Does it not take into account the amount of points you already have?

Whenever I play nurse I usually just 2 hook everyone and just stop playing and let everyone escape. Can I no longer do that? and just massacre everyone at 5 gen?

    While moving is not required, PC players can set up automatic M1 attacks to prevent the penalty.

    If no attacks and no movement is made for too long then you'll get the penalty.
