Stuck on Yamaoka Estate

On PS4 got into a game. The killer was Nurse. I was at the center gen that's up the stairs. The nurse blinked into me 1 time while I was running around the edge of the top platform. We were both stuck for the rest of the game. Killer could not hit me or use her ability anymore. I couldn't drop my item or move as well. If it matters the killer was on PC
