Infinite Exposed with the Redhead's Pinky Finger Add-on

I was playing on PC against a clown using the Redhead's Pinky Finger Add-on. I was hit with a bottle, exposed, downed, and then hooked. When I was unhooked I noticed that the icon indicating that I was exposed was still there. I am unsure whether or not I was actually exposed because I was not hit for the rest of the match so it may have just been the icon. It lasted long enough for me and the other survivors to finish two more gens, open the exit gates as well.
