Sound is horribly bugged

Ever since the newest bug fix my sound is totally bugged in game, and i hear the sounds in completely random locations so when a gen is done to my right i might hear the noise to my left. Another example is if I down or injure a survivor the sounds are either non existent, or sounds like its coming from farther away, or just like the gens the directional sound is backwards (right to left or left to right)

something is defo wrong with sounds.
I went against artist on Midwich and while she was chasing someone on the other side of map, every screech she did i heard it as if she was sitting behind me. my ears are still ringing XD
