Broken Hilt/Chain Mail Fragment same text

The Broken Hilt and Chain Mail Fragment add-ons for the knight have the same description text, even though the broken hilt is supposed to apply mangled not hemorrhage. I don't know if this bug is only visual/text, or if both add-ons apply hemorrhage in game.
