I can't play the game after update
Idk what's going on but I have 3080 Ti and i9 and I'm staggering frames in lobby and in game.
it's literally unplayable, smooth and then heavy frame drop during random times, chases, looking around.
I tried turning my HDR off because weirdly that messed with frames, did nothing.
Resolution changes did nothing, full screen or not did nothing.
I tried changing my screen to extended because i have multiple screens and that usually made it stay smooth.
now nothing helps and here i am. Please help

If you are Steam user, try to add "-dx12" to launch options and try that. If it causes random freeze spikes, then take it off.
But about me, idk, my game has been trash for years, cannot see difference.

It only took 8 years to unlock my FPS to 120 from the menu! also 8 years until they allow true fullscreen

I have a 3070/i7 12 core.
I definaltly have some stuttering problems and have to poke at this game , especially in the nvidia control panel.
-dx12 makes my game worse last time I tried.
Are you using G sync monitor?
For me right now, FULLSCREEN mode is really janky and WINDOWED FULLSCREEN is better. If using G sync you need to make sure prefered refresh rate is application controled. Or try disabling G Sync it doesnt cooperate with DBD very well.

Yes i use G-Sync i have a 3080 Ti, and an i9. Luckily when they did this update and added more resolution options my stuttering has ceased for now fortunately

Well, I literally just built a brand new PC i7 13700K / RTX 4070 / 32G DDR 5. Game is not smooth still!

xbox works very good and so does playstation
