Same here I was just about to make a post because something is wrong.
Couldn't get a match so I restarted the game and now I'm stuck at the same screen you posted.

Its only on PC I think. People on consoles seems to not have this problem.

yea same i did one survivor match a friend went afk for a few went to do killer then it said joining match never did i restarted and its doing the same thing

is there a reason this issue cant be fixed or are getting no news as to whats going on texas chainsaw massacre comes out tommarow so ill be on that instead this is getting rediculous

Servers are back up but DLC Sharing is still not fixed. Thanks BHVR.

The DLC sharing is Steam's fault.

You are completely wrong. Steam never updated and the policy update rumors are nothing BUT rumors. The policy text was there since the introduction of family share and DLC sharing only broke on the last update. BHVR always encouraged DLC Sharing, stop spreading misinformation.

Ok chill? This is a bug report section LOL. They're not the person you should be mad at anyways.
Steam playing with our feelings today. I can report server keeps going on and off so looks like it's going to take some time.

It was a bug that allowed DLC to be shared which has now been fixed in the latest update
