Hillbilly Overheat Add Ons

60 seconds to overheat a chainsaw

15 seconds for it to stop overheating

How are chainsaws overheating enough times and long enough for these 4 add-ons to be useful. 2 of them prevent something that will usually never happen and if it does it takes an insignificant amount of time to recover from. The other 2 last for so short of a time that it doesn't keep up with the time investment of overheating the chainsaw.

Overheating doesn't even effect the hillbilly unless he willing activates it or he is camping with the chainsaw.

They were put in when overheat was very easy to trigger and bhvr decided to not waste the time to rework those addons for a killer with a very low pickrate and that the vast majority of players who do play him use a play style that requires engravings/lo-pro to go.

Billy needs (yet another) add-on changes. He's very much in the group of killers where it's only worth running like 5 of his 20 add-ons half the time.

Also, hot take maybe, but the purple charge add-on shouldn't have a downside. Make it charge slightly slower if necessary but there's no reason it should make him 4.4.
