Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : Be chased, fall from a second floor 2 times, tome in-game says you completed the challenge
Step 4 : After the match is over, you cannot go into the tome from the survivor-screen (the whole menu is not available on the right side of the screen)
Step 5: Go into tome from start menu, notice the challenge is not completed
