major chase bug with wraith

I was playing a killer game as wraith, everythingwas normal, and suddenly, the chase wouldn't trigger anymore. it's probably linked to a bug related to Wraith's power.
No, i was not invisible, and no, the survivor didn't stop running.
When the bug started happening, the chase would absolutely never trigger, even when chasing from up close while not invisible. The only moment the music would trigger was when i hit a healthy survivor, but it would stop right after that, even if i continued to chase.
That means no window blocking, no bloodlust etc.
It's the first time this happens to me, but it's a pretty big issue.
