[PC] Error: Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
I usually do not come to forums to resolve my PC issues but I am getting desperate. I recently built a brand new PC and for some reason I get random crashes with the error EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION . I have no overclocks. I have, software wise, almost the same exact set up on my new PC as I had on my old. I have tried just about everything under the sun. I even reloaded Windows and only installed Steam and DBD and it STILL happens. I saw there was a fairly new discussion on this but for some reason it had been closed so I decided to open up a new one. DBD is my favorite game and I am sorely getting to play it without seeing this crash sometimes even before I can even finish a trial. I can play all other games without this issue so it is most definitely a DBD thing.
Before anyone asks, yes I have tried their steps to troubleshoot issues including re-installing the game, file integrity checks, yada yada yada. This has to be a simple fix.
