Chase randomly gets bugged in game and won't initiate chase the rest of the game. (Xbox)

At random times either mid game or at the very beginning of the game, I'll be chasing somebody and for some reason the chase music won't play and i will not get bloodlust nor will the windows get blocked by the entity after the survivor vaults it so many times. I don't know how to reproduce it and it doesn't matter what killer i play or what perks i use. Once the bug happens, i cannot start a chase with anybody the rest of the game unless i hit a survivor at full health or if they have endurance. That's the only time a chase will start.

Having this happen every few matches as well. Very serious bug as certain loops become infinites depending on what killer you're playing.
