How do Speed Addons on Billy/Blight work?

So for example if a Billy runs Doom and Death Engravings which add 20% and 15% to his movementspeed, do they just get added like this?

So base he moves at 230% or 9.2 m, do you just add 35% and he moves at 265%, or does it add roughly 1/3 to his already existing movementspeed so he would go somewhere around 300% movementspeed?

I feel like sometimes the game just adds the numbers flat so I find it hard to differ if those addon effects work the one or other way.

    No movement speed bonus is multiplicative. Always add the percentage to the killer's power movement speed. So for Billy, his total speed becomes 265% (doesn't seem like much but it makes a massive difference). For Blight with double speed, his speed goes up by 10% every rush.
