Near 2 month old Nurse blink bug still present after multiple patches.

Trying to CHARGE your 2nd blink whilst in the middle of your 1st blink will result in the 2nd blink just straight up not charging.
This also happens when trying to vault a window, and once the animation is ending you can usually charge your blink. Now you cannot, and it's not consistent it'll work 50/50 but you can never tell or predict why.
Also happens when hooking a survivor, you cant precharge a blink without the chance of it just not working.
It's somehow linked to FPS, locking frames to 60fps causes it not happen much less. but it will still happen randomly
This broke the same PTB patch you changed her rewind addon, you were told it was a bug on PTB yet pushed it to live servers, then dropped 2 FULL PRICED LICENCED DLC's while this Nurse ruining bug is still present, even acknowledging it but the lack of clarity is genuinely frustrating. And it just not a good look for the game as a whole, new players/returning will have 0 clue. Content creators can't even show the game positively playing nurse because of this bug.
Seen multiple people send comprehensive reports about a deadset character breaking bug with Nurse, threads were closed and claimed "we know about it" but still 0 clarification on it you'e going to fix it, or if it's even intended.
Please clarify if this is a bug, or intended.
