Screen Resolution Option Not Able to Be Toggled

Hello,

I am playing on PC with the new toggles for graphics, however no matter what option I choose, the resolution option stays greyed out and is unable to be changed. Not sure if this is a bug, or is intentional, but not sure why it is an option if I can't customize it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
