Dead Man's Switch Debuff Icon Doesn't Appear when Triggered

Description: When the killer is running Dead Man's Switch and a Survivor lets go of a gen after a hook, the red debuff icon that is supposed to appear in the lower-right of the HUD while the debuff is active no longer appears.
