Blast Mine/Wiretap Not Working Aloneside Repressed Alliance

Prior to the New Update today, you could combo either Blast Mine or Wiretap with Repressed Alliance or all 3 perks together. However if you run all 3 I noticed that it will only activate Repressed Alliance now.
