Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Select Buried Underground (Tome 16) as current killer challenge
Step 3 : Play as The Ghostface in a public match on Nostromo Wreckage Map
Step 3 : Hook six survivors in the basement (Meg once (reaches phase two), Feng Min once, Nea twice, Leon twice), no kills
Step 4 : Spin around with survivors after they open the gate
Step 5 : View results, notice no hooks counted towards the challenge
Step 6 : Check tome and confirm, no progress in challenge

Perks played - I'm All Ears, Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain, Agitation, Iron Grasp
Map - Nostromo
Challenge - Buried Underground - "Hook 6 Survivor(s) in the basement."
Basement location - next to main building
EDIT - Played a match on Coldwind Farms, Torment Creek, and hooked four survivors in the basement, no kills. Challenge progress did not change. Nostromo map is not the cause.
