Furtive Chase Buff (GREAT FOR ALIEN. NOT CLICKBAIT)
First I want to start off with something that I hope can draw more people in to read this and that this change would be great for alien, I also want to mention that I have reposted this post multiple times as this is a very weak perk and deserves a change more then (imo) any other perk out there, I am saying that to say that I may not completely agree with the changes I suggested and I would love to hear feedback.
Furgitive Chase: At the moment Furgitive Chase Gives you a token every time you hook your obsession up to a total of 4 Tokens. Each token lowers your terror radius by 4 meters per token WHILE in chase. This gives little to no value as first off the amount your terror radius is lowered is very little, however this amount would be more if it wasn’t only in chase however lowering your terror radius for chase does nothing as the survivor all ready knows your there, especially with how little it’s lowered; along with all that because of the activation action, booking ONLY the obsession, the one benefit I can see with this perk is it passively counters tunneling if you use it (Similar to no way out).
I believe they can do many things to buff this perk and the first thing they could do make this perk work outside of chase, with how little it really lowers your terror radius I don’t believe this would be a huge deal on its own however If it is I have a work around on the last change. Another thing they can do is increase The amount each token lowers your terror radius as well as/or adding more max tokens. especially along with the last change I believe this change would work along with the first change; The last change to go along with these other changes would be a rework on how you gain (and lose) tokens. I believe that you should gain a token for hooking whoever is not the obsession you gain a token and whenever a survivor is unhooked the unhooked survivor becomes the obsession. Whenever you hook the obsession you lose all of your tokens (or maybe half) This allows for more anti-tunneling as an inclusion for this perk, however it gives it a much stronger effect that you wouldn’t want to tunnel and lose the effect. Overall this would make the perk much stronger and more fun while still not overshadowing others because of there other uses (Gen information, auto Oblivious and synergy with Pentimento, etc) and it will have a good counter so it most likely isn’t present all game (And if it is, it means no one was tunneled, which having all four survivors in the game at all times is very good for you)
