PlayStation 5- Went invisible after applying a blast mine

I applied blast mine to a gen in a public match and my character stayed on the gen but I was able to run around the map and heal myself whilst being unseen. I was able to vault and my character would flash on the screen but I was only able to fix it once I went back to the gen and tried to repair it.
I was playing Ellen with Windows, blast mine, chemical trap and lithe and I had a brown medkit with bandages and surgical suture. The map was a farm map and this was the first time it happened to me but I had played multiple other games using blast mine.
