Pain Resonance and deadlock bug

Hello, i think i just found a new bug regarding those two perks. It happens when a generator gets blocked by deadlock, and we as a killer hook a new survivor on a scourge hook. The blocked generator is being regressed while still being blocked and i believe this should not have happened.
I added a short recording demonstrating the bug where you can see clearly that i got points from regressing the generator as well as smoke cloud and sparks coming from the generator, it also sounds different meaning the regression took place.
