PC - Green flashlight brightness value bugged

I've been able to consistently reproduce this.
Playing as Cheryl Mason with Adrenaline/Made For This/Soul Guard/Unbreakable. Killer was a perkless Spirit, both times. Tried it on two different maps, and can consistently reproduce this.
Found a green flashlight with no add-ons in a chest, and pointing it directly at the Killer's face. There was no audio indication that a blind was being attempted. Brought a green flashlight with no add-ons to a fresh match and had the exact same issue. Yellow and purple flashlights work fine. Adding brightness add-ons fixes this, which leads me to believe that the brightness value of the base green flashlight is having the issue, but obviously that's for you guys to determine.
