Xeno Trapped in Tunnels

Platform: PC

Description of the issue

As xeno i was stuck in the tunnels unable to get out as i didnt get the option

Steps to reproduce (if possible)

Perks: leathal pursuer, Dead Lock, Jolt, No Way out

Add ons: improvised Cattle Prod, Crew Headset

Map: Garden of joy

So i loaded up into the game and marked a portal exit near a player and went straight into the tunnels as i got the the portal i highlighted not button came up for me to leave the tunnel so i was stuck in there for the full game.

• How often does this occur: Every couple games.
