Some Trophys wont autopop or progress on PS5

So my issue is i switched yesterday from my PS4 to the PS5 version of the game, and realized literally not a single trophy got transfered over, but that is the less issue I have, the biggest Issue is with certain ones what just dont wanna pop or autopop, I tried everything, synching, reinstalling etc
The Trophys what just dont wanna pop are:
Level a character to level 10 and 25 -> just wont pop or progress
Skillfull, boost any perk to level 3 -> Also just dont want to progress or anything
Then theres the Prestige ones
Prestige 1, 2, 3 and the one with prestige 3 and level 50 just wont trigger no matter what I prestige or do.
I would love to get an answer or some help/fix for it since its really frustrating..
