Stuttering on high polling rate mouse movements

PC (windows 10)

When polling rate is at 1000, fps drops to below 10 when moving mouse.

  1. Set mouse polling rate to be 1000
  2. Move mouse while in game

This drop in fps occurs whenever there are mouse movements with a high polling rate
