(PS5) 'Exposed Target' Progress Not Saving

I was playing as Ghostface on Groaning Storehouse using STBFL, Sloppy Butcher, Surge, and Deadlock. I had the 'Exposed Target' archive selected and was notified in-game that my power hits were counting towards the challenge and even completed it, however after finishing the match my progress was reset back to 2 (my progression point prior to the match).
