PC-Wasnt allow to exit the tunnels as Xenomorph on Badham Preschool II map

I excounted a tunnel bug for xeno on Badham Preschool II. The game would only let me leave through one tunnel on the map and that was the tunnel in the killer shack. All other tunnels let me enter them but not exit through them. I have pics and a video to show what I encountered. I will post the video if the devs need it but for now, I'll just post the picks of the game not giving me the prompt to leave the tunnels.
