Territorial Imperative Not Working

I mean this in the most literal sense. I tried over and over again, hooking someone in the basement, ran to the other end of the map, and no notification or aura was shown when someone entered the basement. I put this perk on different killers and the result was the same. Territorial Imperative's function simply does not occur under the circumstances that it says it will.

They need to fix it in the next update. Theres a challenge involving the perk in Tome 3 and I can't finish it because the perk is not working. Work on it soon.
